Before Christmas, I was invited to an amazing sushi experience at Miku.
Today, I was invited to its sister (or is it brother) restaurant, Minami.
More relaxed and casual ambiance but the same elegance and quality of food as its sibling.
The Premium - a selection of 12 pieces of rolls and sushi kicked off the pleasant lunch.
A couple of favourites made their way into a full roll order - the Aburi Salmon Oshi Sushi and the Red Wave Roll.
The elegance of food presentation made its way to even the miso soup!
But the Warm Valrhona Chocolate Fondant topped it all in look, taste and smile it put on the face.
Pricy, but sure worth it.
