Cook Like A Mediterranean

All those Mediterranean recipes I found; and I did follow the recipes despite many unfamiliar Mediterranean ingredients. Garlic is expected, but red chilli peppers?


And not sure which is less authentic to the Mediterranean - the ginger or the saffron threads.


But the weirdest part of the recipes was adding a tsp of sugar - for every recipe I followed. 


The production included a delicious fish boiled-in-tomato sauce dish.


Served with potatoes grilled-in-spicy-tomato sauce dish.



 But running out of tomatoes, I ended with for a cucumber-only Greek salad.
