This snack was way too wacky, I could not resist reporting it. It is a layering of three food items in my fridge.
Start with Item 1: Leftover rice - heated up.
Top with item 2: Leftover cabbage and tomato salad - cold.
Top all with yogurt - yum!
I got into eating this so fast given how yummy it was that I forgot to take a picture of the plate. Trust me and try it.
