Kuffler & Bucher has restaurants in Frankfurt airport and are one of the better airport eating experiences I have flown by.
The hot chocolate is a real treat.
A large cup of steamed milk comes with a block of chocolate.
You stir the block of chocolate in the milk until you have a rich, freshly made hot chocolate.
At least you know that your hot chocolate is made with real chocolate not some powdered chemical mix.
Enjoyed with a Swiss style muesli - I love Germany.
