Not Dockside Again

Dockside Restaurant's menu is on the limited side and it does not change that regularly.

So it was exciting to go there again and find new dishes to try.

The Chilled Potted Salmon is kind of weird.

It is a chilled combination of salmon, bacon, chives, olive oil and citrus creme fraiche.

The Grilled Ancho Chili Prawns is a major improvement over the previous sugarcane prawns appetizer.

Not sure if this dish is new on the menu, but I have not tried. I am glad I did, it is really good.

Grilled King Salmon served over a seafood risotto.
