A great product discovery - Gold Seal skinless boneless salmon - was waiting for me at Buy-Low.
I was so excited to try it when I got home that I did not even try to search for recipe. The excitement grew further when I opened the package and saw what looked and smelled like fresh salmon.
I cannot wait to do real cooking with this lovely product.

Salmon, a Tbsp of mayonnaise and a Tbsp of hot horseradish plus something green (I used mint but parsley would have been a better idea).
And a delicious healthy salmon dip was ready in less than 3 minutes.
