Today's recipe is for Spicy Scrambled Eggs
This is my favourite recipe of the three:
- Fry 1 finely chopped onion until browned
- Add half a Chinese cabbage, chopped and mix well
- Add a small can of corn kernels, 1 small fresh red chili diced, 2 Tbsp water; cover and simmer for 2 minutes
- Now add 2 - 3 beaten eggs, salt and pepper, stir until eggs are cooked.
Delicious, fast and healthy.
