I love Kebbeh

There are enough stories on Kebbeh on this blog. What can I say, I love Kebbeh

Mom had two versions ready for me. Kebbeh Manakeer (footballs) stuffed with ground meat and pine nuts and Kebbeh Mamdoudeh; baked layers of Kebbeh with stuffing in between. This I had with dad's home made yogurt

The Kebbeh Manakeer were dipped in the tastiest home made baba ghanouj. Along the way, I learned the secret of not getting a smoked flavour when cooking the eggplants for baba ghanouj

Thank you mom for enough Kebbeh for lunch, dinner and in-between snacking
