Hotel Bristol in Beirut has been a landmark of elegance since my dad was a student in Beirut
Over the last couple of years, the hotel went through a $35 Million dollars renovation
And part of the renovations is the re-opening of its restaurant, Les Gourmandises
Dad and I went there for breakfast, but given early days of opening, Les Gourmandises is not yet set up for breakfast, so it was an Afghan Sweet tea with a cheese croissant
But I did manage to get a sneak preview of the lunch salad bar
