Mounir - Another Lebanon Trips' Ritual

My parent's favourite hangout means at least a couple of visits on each trip.

Here are the highlights of this trip's visits. Enjoy.

This is baked spleen - I tried it and may not try it again.

Three versions of Humus from left to right: Sprinkled with meat and nuts,  chickpeas with no tahini sauce sprinkled with cumin and olive oil and the basic humus that is as good as that of dad's. 

Kebbeh å la Northern Lebanon style - a cone of Kebbeh stuffed with ghee and baked. 

 The grilled beef-tomatoes-onions kebabs with bread soaking their juices.

Grilled chicken livers soaked with lemon and garlic sauce and the addictive mini meat pies.
