The week of 3 Anita Cakes (Sunday's Thai & Cake & Monday's Kebbeh & Cake) came to an end with what was described as a fun birthday-minirello-feast-festa-fiesta with mini burgers & cake.
Three salads were prepared including coleslaw, jardin greens and potato salad.
Small buns, mini burgers and mini Babybel a gout cheddar along with pickles was all we needed to kick of the fun.
All the time spent shaping 2-inch diameter burgers and the amazing acrobatics required to keep them flipping in the rain so all get cooked the same was worth the fun everyone had building up the mini burger sandwiches.
While the rain was tolerable as we camped with burgers and salads, it was not appropriate to expose the beautifully decorated sour cream chocolate Anita cake, which was served and lounged with in the corner room.
