The Birthday Breakfast

Just loving how those summer birthdays' celebrations keep on going, merging with each other.

This is an Indian Breakfast celebration courtesy of my dear lovely neighbour.

As my dear lovely neighbour says: "in India, there are endless breakfast options".

Her choice for me was an Indian omelette, filled with spices, garden herbs and onions. 

The vegetables are fried first, then the eggs added.

The omelette is sprinkled with Ketchup and rolled in a home made chipati; now this is what I call a cool inventive delicious breakfast.

"But first you have to eat your porridge."

I am so blessed to have you across the street my dear lovely neighbour.
