Christmas Festivities Kick Off

The season festivities kicked off early this year with a group lunch at The Sandbar Seafood Restaurant on Granville Island.

I have been to The Sandbar before. In the past, I thought it was mediocre. This lunch, on the other hand, was pretty good.

A selection of appetizers, skewed to seafood of course, showed up.

The fixed menu was just perfect. And the dessert, chocolate mouse with strawberry was a perfect ending to a beautiful meal.
