Leftovers from the Easter Chicken (Read Easter Toy) were put to good use under the advise and supervision of Replacement Chef.
The advice: A chicken salad where everything is diced into equal proportions.
What was diced was driven by the colour assortment as opposed to the ingredients.
Tomatoes, pickles, yellow pepper and apples.
But something else was needed to add an edge.
And an amazing chicken salad was ready.
Toasted breads, Replacement Chef's perfectionist sandwich preps, and French Fries made the best chicken salad sandwich ever.
