Recycling Easter Chocolate Egg

This piece of chocolate looks simply fascinating.

It is an Easter egg packed with chocolate dipped nuts and fruit from Beta5.

It seems everyone in Vancouver is raving about Beta5. But my loyalty to Chocolate Arts have prevented me from trying them yet, so glad to have received this as a gift.

Given how weird it looked, many mouths resisted eating it.

The solution - turn it into chocolate chunk cookies.

To help with recycling, a cookie-shaped cookie cookbook was brought to the rescue.

As a sign from the universe, the first recipe was the one - packed with butter, lots of sugar, and the Beta5 chocolates chunks.
