Indonesian Vegetable Gado Gado

Today's recipe is for a Cooked Vegetable Gado-Gado

Fry tofu pieces; boil 2 - 3 eggs and chop; boil and chop 4 medium potatoes. Set aside.

Blanche 1 lb of Chinese cabbage, spinach and bean sprouts. Drain and let dry.

Now you have all you need to wrap this dish up.


Layer the drained greens, top with the tofu and boiled potatoes and eggs.

Sprinkle with fresh sliced cucumbers.

Serve with peanut sauce. 

I bought peanut sauce but hated it. Anyone recommends a good brand of peanut sauce?
