Wacky At Home Lunch

I love my Wacky Thursdays (yes, I know, you've read this before).

I started with the leftovers' inventory:

- white sauce with spinach
- a piece of fried herring
- some very hot Indian onion sauce
- a mini salad

So I made rice and layered a plate with the white sauce and spinach. 

Added the rice, topped it with the Indian sauce and pieces of fish. Sprinkled lemon juice.

Covered it with the salad and some yogurt.

Wackyingly Delicious.
