I personally have never heard of it until they opened a location on Main Street few years ago. I am neutral towards the name. The place looks comfortable from the outside but I have yet to visit until today.
Inside it had its own charm, though it did not give me a comfort vibe. Everyone is friendly, but the place is noisy, the tables close to each other and the chairs are uncomfortable.
What about the food you ask?
Interesting drinks and beer selection on the menu. But this was a business lunch on a busy working day, so we chose the home made strawberry lemonade.
Refreshing, too sweet and the strawberries were covered with lots of ice making it difficult to get to them.
The food was a better experience. It was my vegetarian day so I went for the Ratatouille Provençale described as "oven roasted vegetables in savoury tomato and garlic, baked with parsley, breadcrumbs and Chevre, finished with extra virgin olive oil".
The only thing I did not like much were the large chunks of garlic floating throughout.
I am glad I ordered it though; the rest of the options would have been way too heavy for lunch.
Not bad overall, but that's where I will stop.
