One Dinner and Another

This weekend had two lovely, yummy yet easily put together feasts at somerville kitchen. You can read about one of them HERE. And this is the story of the other one.

This one was a bit more involved on my part, but digging into my freezer and cooking efficiently, all was ready in less than two hours of work.

Easy to make Humus and 'Balilah', Mnezelleh & Loubieh Bi Zeit with some pickles and radishes and a mezza spread was ready.

Pre-made and frozen Mouloukhieh with few accompaniments and the feast was complete.

Add to that the perfectly made Anita Strawberry Rhubarb pie with a scoop of ice-cream and time to call it a weekend.
