One Recipe

A tasty easy recipe. I changed the title to Creamed Chicken and Spaghettini and now I am sharing with you my dear readers.

Start with 2 chicken breasts cut into large pieces. Dip chicken in a bowl of 1 beaten egg and then in a bowl of 0.25 cup flour, with salt and pepper.


Melt 2 Tbsp butter in a skillet and cook the chicken for 10 minutes, until browned. Remove.

Make sauce: In same skillet, melt 2 more Tbsp butter. Add 0.1 Kg mushrooms and cook until tender. 

Stir in 2 Tbsp flour, salt and pepper and cook for 1 minute.

Add 1.5 cups milk, 2 Tbsp dry sherry and cook, stirring constantly, until thickens.

Now add 0.25 cups grated Parmesan cheese until melted and you have the sauce.

What I did after that is mixed the cooked spaghettini with the chicken and mushroom sauce. 

Dinner was then served.
