Indian Supper Breakfast

My dear lovely neighbour is preparing me for time zone shifts by making me a typical South Indian breakfast for supper.

Yes, her typical breakfast is a home made warm tomato chutney with chilli peppers.

This is eaten with freshly made, from scratch, at home, chapati.

Healthy, tasty and a great way to kick the day (or night).

And keeping with the breakfast theme, a humongous serving of spicy Italian sausages cooked with potatoes.

Spiced brilliantly with lovage and cloves.

What a beautiful meal.

Thank you my dear lovely neighbour.
